Username

A username of the account is created as below.

[d + Student Number]

Password

Your password has been notified to you by Correspondence Education Office.
　Please change your password after registering your account.

Email address

Your email address is created based on your username.

[Username + @soka-u.jp]

e.g.）

Username： dE7654321 ・・・

dE7654321@soka-u.jp

Keep your password safe!

Do not tell anyone your password. Your data might get stolen or broken by others. And we prohibit you to sign up for internet services (Dropbox, shopping sites and so on) with the same password as your university mail account because of the risk of information leakage.

You can change your password on the PC in comupter labs or PLAS (Portal for Learning Assisted Service) website.

You do not need to change your password frequently, but please immediately change your password
when it is highly likely that someone else used your account without authorization.

Your account will be invalid when you graduate.

Please be reminded that your data (emails, documents, etc.) will be automatically deleted when you graduate.
